The People Partner, NA Operations is a key member of the NA Operations People team and is responsible for the support and deployment of the portfolio of HR work in support of business goals and talent strategies. This role is critical in executing our People initiatives and in driving functional excellence for the People function within the Operations/Supply Chain organization. He/she/they will actively support the NA Operations People team and business through business partnering and supporting the full life cycle of employment, as well as priority projects driving our NA Operations talent and culture agenda. He/she/they will proactively guide the delivery of HR services and, based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization’s needs, offer operational support in implementing the People strategy for the NA Operations team. He/she/they will work flexibly across multiple client groups within the NA market and will interface with all other HR COEs. This position reports into Head of HR, North America Operations. Key Responsibilities Include: • Implement and execute the People strategy with the NA Operations People team, business management, and other key stakeholders (HR centers of excellence, HR networks of expertise, etc) • Serve as the advisor and front-line support to business/client groups, across multiple levels • Facilitate effective communication and collaborative problem-solving strategies to prevent or resolve employee issues • Implement high quality HR processes across the business/client groups to drive standardization and consistency • Coach, support, and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service • Provide detailed reporting and analysis on headcount, compensation, and other people related issues; interprets this data to shape recommendations to leadership • Utilize HR analytics and industry best practices to identify trends and opportunities; develops strategies, tactics, and recommendations based on those trends • Support the introduction of people-related programs or processes with appropriate change management initiatives • Assist with HR projects and e in HR initiatives, including project management and ownership of key deliverables. • Become subject matter expert in functional applications of HR systems in an effort to support employee population Qualifications: • 6+ years professional experience required; minimum of 4 years of HR experience required. • Experience in operational implementation of HR strategies through day-to-day execution of HR activities required • Experience in delivery of core HR services through the employee life cycle required • Experience supporting and partnering across multiple sites required. • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills required. • Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically and problem solve required. • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment required. • Ability to work independently on recurring projects required. • Strong project management skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently required. • Influence, shaping solutions, and partnership skills are required. • Strong oral and written communication, project and time management skills required. • Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills required. • Solid track record of developing and implementing HR projects/programs to drive change and improve organizational and leadership effectiveness required. • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business is required. • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity required. • Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans is required. • Must be an enthusiastic teammate with a proven commitment to build a positive work environment. • Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills are required. • This position is located in Skillman/Summit, NJ and will require 15% travelAbout Rangam:
