Bill Rate Max is $23.95. Do not submit any candidate above the MAX or they will be rejected immediately. ******Primary Skill Requirement Must have medium-advanced Microsoft Office Products experience Must haves - Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office Products and Wireless/Cell phone experience. - Must also have experience with multi-tasking and working in an highly demanding environment involving quick turnaround time and attention to details. Day to Day functions: - Manage the deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of wireless devices and solutions - Able to quickly learn and navigate internal operating systems, application software, and overall solutions - Strong communication skills both orally and written – employee will be communicating inbound/outbound via phone and email daily - Professional knowledge of Windows OS and native applications - Understanding of Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet management - Adaptable and willing to accept changes in internal processes and able to adopt new programs to company applications and customer request Sales Results: - Generates leads and creates new business through outbound prospecting & existing customer campaigns. Carries “paper” quota for 100% completion of all sales related tasks which are quantifiable, i.e.: campaigns, leads, new appointments and projects. (Accountability for follow through) Customer Retention: - Responds to requests from field sales staff for information (i.e.; price plan analysis and customer information/research) while providing administrative and sales support (i.e.; proposals, marketing information, handling customer service issues, problem solving and follow-up on customer service issues); - Coordinates and delivers basic customer training on online sales portal, device OS, transfer of liability, and other self service solutions. - Responds to requests for education and support regarding wireless phones, accessories and services. - Provides pre-sale and post-sale support. Assists with seminars, trades shows, customer on-sites and attends when required. Order Processing: - Processes all appropriate documentation for new orders/upgrades (renewals) and ensures timely and accurate delivery to customers - Adheres to policies and procedures with regard to sales activations - Tracks and validates equipment activation and delivery; Supports customer extranet/online ordering. - Performs analysis, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of wireless products, operating systems, and software utilities/partners. Education: - Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience or equivalent experience Primary Skill Requirement Must have medium-advanced Microsoft Office Products experience
