Transport Engineering/support - Compiles and computes data from a wide variety of sources, the majority of which are of a complex or technical nature; Coordinates the workload or distribution of work activities as part of a team; needs to be proficient and mastered in all aspects of Ericsson Granite Inventory (aka XNG) to include the creation of equipment, segments, paths and the use of templates, port mapping, wire mapping; Compiles data from various engineering sources to document complex transport networks involving DWDM/CWDM, Ethernet, SONET, and Dark Fiber applications; Adept with provisioning in various carrier VFO based circuit ordering systems as it relates to transport circuits including all forms of trunking; Highly skilled at verbal and written communication; Versatile at adapting to a quickly changing industry; Transport and router knowledge a huge benefit; Individual must be a flexible team player; Minimum B.S. degree; 5-plus years of experience with a similar consulting firm in project oversight, transport design documentation and preparing reports Well organized in application of engineering; Microsoft Office Suite
