Senior Solutions Analyst –Basking Ridge, NJ Job Description: Senior Solutions Analyst in an IT organization to work on a data analytics based application for network engineering planning and financial management. The candidate should be able to excel in a high paced position that has visibility to various levels of management across organizations (IT, network planning, engineering & capital management). This position requires working with various business teams to understand the network complexities that are considered in network planning as well as financial and marketing concepts used to drive an optimal network design. The individual will document business requirements, work with the development team in seeing them implemented, understand the impact to the business teams and the business benefits being delivered. Skillset: • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management across IT, network capital management, network planning and engineering teams. • Experience with all aspects of the application life cycle; requirements through operationalization. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Experience in the telecommunications field related to network engineering, network planning and/or network capital management. • Understanding of financial concepts (IRR, NPV, etc.) • Experience working in Agile SDLC. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to develop effective presentations in PowerPoint applicable to various audiences. • Ability to work with teams across organizations of the company and outside IT. • Ability to lead, track and status special projects. • Detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative; with a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Coordinate the communication of the overall program to all organizations involved which will range from status updates on the software progress as well as material for the related business impact. Create requirements to be implemented by the development team. Work closely with the software development teams building the platform to understand each area and drive coordination across groups. Work with several application leads within the organization to understand the applications and comprehensive business benefits being delivered. Work with leads across various organizations to gather and document information for the program. Act as a catalyst to lead the analysis, documentation and management of requirements through the life of a project.
