This position will work to support our Physical and Biological Chemistry laboratories for our seed treatment and crop protection production facility.
This position would be responsible for:
Inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established methods
Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
Effective communication of batch results to the appropriate personnel.
Reporting and support testing of non-conformances related to quality
Generation and maintenance of records related to product quality
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Laboratory testing to support Quality personnel on day-to-day projects
Preparation of media for use in both laboratories
Microbial Testing and Plate Reading
Assist in plant swabbing program
Autoclaving of glassware and solutions
Cleaning and disposal of laboratory waste
Assist staff in tracking and stocking laboratory supplies
General support for Quality Management at the Site, as needed.

High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification
Certification in Colour blindness
Certification in GED
Experience
Previous Quality Control experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry OR Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year of laboratory experience.
