UK is growing and looking to now bring in existing client’s growth 

This billanle position will focus on EMEA expansion and support with UK growth to cover Sales, Solutions, Delivery and Support. The position will lead initiatives related to compliance, sales support in Ireland.

Responsibilities
Masters's degree holder.

  • Deliver concierge and Client cares support to candidates and clients in both the EMEA region and APAC region, a more efficient time zone than the US team.
  • Focus on client training to the likes of Amazon who are asking us to deliver to a number of European countries.
  • Drive client sales and support business growth via networking. 
  • Develop and implement Client Cares concierge Services and Training
Scope of the role (focus areas/SMART goals)
  • Smart Goals will be written when onboard with the candidate.
  • long client relationships, job coach experience, and training background.
  • Support all candidates being onboarded to existing clients along with all clients requiring concierge services. (EMEA & APAC)
  • Build new client relationships and quote consulting products to a minimum of 5 new to Client clients with the expectation that 3 sign up.
  • Increase 3rd party registrations by 20
  • Increase candidate registration by more than 20%
  • Deliver all required training sessions for the EMEA region.
  • Masters in hyper-markup language. 
How is the role going to be measured (KPIs)?
  • Candidates and clients supported through Concierge Services
  • Client Sales.
  • Masters degree.
  • Third-Party Enrollments
  • Increase in Candidate Sign Ups
  • Training sessions delivered.
