Qualifications
•
Provide detailed analysis of business requirements, processes and workflows that result in clear, concise, and unambiguous system requirements to ensure development of best practice solutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science is required
•
5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst position
•
5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 F&O platforms, PowerBI, and DAX Programming
•
Demonstrated capability with DAX programming and Power BI dashboard design and implementation
•
Great understanding and continued knowledge of D365 F&O and other Dynamics
•
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work as a key member of a small team
•
Ability to perform business report using tools such as SSRS, SSIS etc
•
Experience working within project management
•
Excellent communications and client facing skills

Strong ability to plan and take initiatives
•
Proficient in word, power point and excel is required

Responsibilities
•
The Business Analyst will perform all Finance and Operations related business analytic tasks satisfactorily, gather business requirements, and build assessments
•
The F&O Business Analyst will be responsible for leading initiatives, creating plans, testing, and proposing solutions to modernizing business processes throughout the organization
•
This role will work closely with key stakeholders to drive business/functional requirements and oversee project execution through rollout and change management
•
The organization is going through a large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, and this role will be part of a growing team deploying this new technology
•
Understands the functions and processes provided by the current systems
•
Act as liaison between finance/accounting business and IT to support business needs via technical solutions
•
Identifies areas where technology, development of new systems or enhancements to existing systems and/or integration solutions can lead to increased efficiency and productivity
•
Work with team to incorporate process improvement plans aimed at streamlining, simplifying and standardizing business processes into broader systems roadmap
•
Develop schedules, review testing plans and support unit, regression and user acceptance testing for developed business and technology solutions
•
Provides user documentation for the system
•
Creates curriculum and provides classes for user training
•
Fully understand the product built on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
•
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Customer Service team to ensure delivery
•
Participate in requirement gatherings, conduct client research, understand goals and processes, create custom solutions, gap analysis, system documentation, end user trainings
•
Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify and build business requirements
•
Collaborate with business stakeholders to create Cost Benefit Analyses for various initiatives
•
Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions, designs, and processes into development Assess various business processes to identify adequate cases and perform regression testing
