Real Estate Specialist in Alpharetta, GA

Manage properties in Georgia and Alabama including but not limited to lease renewals, terminations, rent commencement etc. 

• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for each project within Sitetracker and actively manage the scheduled tasks with outside vendors including major milestones, action items, zoning, regulatory and leasing. 
• ork with outside vendors including Site Acquisition, Environmental and Architectural & Engineering firms on project design and priorities to meet standards and build schedules. 
• Ensure spending accuracy in monthly forecasting and performing monthly true-ups of YTD monthly spending by budget item. 
• Manage the financial, contractual, and regulatory approval process. 
• Manage projects in new builds & mods. 
• Process PORs and approve purchase orders. Manage receipts related to the purchase orders and ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner according to federal and state regulations. 
• Work closely with RF, Construction and Transport Engineers to ensure all RE issues are cleared and entitlement requirements are met. 
• Host weekly working sessions with vendors to review project scope, define issues, develop deliverables and associated timelines, assign primes and track action items. 
• Proactively finds new ways to become more efficient within tools: Sitetraker, Peoplesoft, Fuze
