Order Entry Specialist in Plano, TX

General Summary:

• Prequalification of Broadband access locations to support Company’s Enterprise Solutions.
• Work with carrier vendors to capture address prequalification information and ensure a response is received within a defined interval on a large volume of pre-defined locations.
• Must know how to manipulate data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Must be capable of learning internal database tools for internal information flow and updating carrier prequalification results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must have general working knowledge of Telecommunication products and Services.
• Work and communicate as required with carriers and internal company teams to support company's broadband access services.
• Develop the required relationships with company’s internal teams to ensure that revenue goals are achieved and supporting business processes are being utilized.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to internal customer teams based on pre-defined time lines.
• Help drive the growth of Company’s Broadband services by inputting the prequalification results into databases meeting defined intervals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on carrier data results.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 4-6 years of relative work experience in a telecom environment

Software:

• MS Office excel - expert level
• Familiar with Database structure – analysis and data input
