This position is responsible for supporting the Eastern Region team and dealerships, duties include overseeing all regional auto shows, marketing events, meeting planning, sales reporting and associated budgets. Independently manage all aspects of Regional sales and service events, including negotiation of floor space and contracts, work with regional logistics coordinator in the procurement & transport of vehicles and display materials and coordination of staffing. Coordinate activities with Area Managers and field teams as necessary.
- Oversee the budgets for the region, including reconciliation of invoices, processing of invoices, confirming payments, maintaining detailed ledgers and coordinating all financial data with designated regional accounting firm
- Work with SAP to create purchase orders, requisitions and maintain the overhead budget for the department
- Work with advertising agency and/or team members to create and execute regional marketing events, including participating in conference calls and meetings, conducting site visits, working with vendors to develop needed materials, check advertising copy and ensure smooth execution of deliverables
Eastern Region Fleet Management:
- Oversee the regional vehicle fleet includes the ordering of vehicles
- Potential for order modification per changed or new events
- Checking status of ordered vehicles through to delivery at port
- Administer the fleet transport logistics ensuring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
