  Job Description

The IT Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks for Shelton based IT senior leadership team (SLT) and the broader IT leadership team as required. The successful candidate for this role must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the rapid and ever-changing challenges of supporting senior level leaders within an organization in transformation. Critical thinking and the ability to problem solve, track work and report on activates with clarity of voice are necessary. Finally, the ideal candidate has a positive attitude and above all, is willing to pitch in to get things done.• Responsible for specified IT Leaders ongoing calendars which includes arranging travel and meetings. Additional responsibilities include ownership of the agenda and execution for key internal and external meetings • Responsible for completing expense reporting for designated IT team members • Support broader SLT for IT in executive communication to include: board presentations, strategic reporting, analysis of strategy and general organizational messaging • Assess inquiries directed to the leaders, determine the proper course of action and ensure communication to and from the leaders “office” remains clear, relevant and of value • Assist the IT SLT in general strategy execution, specifically in regards to timing, planning, and communication • Responsible for the creation of any applicable media required for the designated IT SLT. To include PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, or other media • Attend meetings as appropriate; take notes, coordinate follow up and assist the IT SLT in staying on track of deliverables where applicable • Prepare and coordinate correspondences such as meeting follow ups (both internally and externally), such as thanks you notes and gifts

- Overall strong knowledge of office computing applications with expertise in MS Outlook, Skype, Powerpoint, Excel, Word - Extensive writing and communication experience - Highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at one time - Excellent organizational/time management skills to meet frequent deadlines - Ability to be flexible and accommodating under pressure - Positive attitude
