  Job Description

Parts Support Specialists are responsible for providing a closed loop response to in-bound field service parts escalations. This position will contact appropriate internal resources for resolution, communicate action taken to in bound requester and track root cause of escalation. This position requires someone with a strong background in client service and excellent organizational and communication skills. This position is in support of our internal client base and is located within the Danbury, CT Service Operations Support Center. If you have a background in customer care with a strong focus on completing tasks and working in a team environment, this may be an excellent career opportunity for you!

Ability to sit and talk on the phone for long periods of time required Problem solving skills required Strong organizational skills with the ability to troubleshoot required Able to manage time efficiently required PC literate, MS Excel or ACCESS a plus Good customer service skills required.
