Junior Application Developer in Princeton, NJ

Seeking a Junior Application Developer to develop, support and maintain new software applications, code enhancements to existing applications and fix defects on the Salesforce.com platform.  The software includes regulated and non-regulated applications at a Pharmaceutical client.  The candidate will work directly with clients and must have good communication and professional skills.  This is a non-public project.  Candidates are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement if hired for the role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, unit test and deploy software on the Salesforce.com platform
• Author SDLC documents including functional design, detailed design, traceability matrix and release notes
• Assist testers with system and user acceptance testing
• Process incidents, application modification requests and change requests in the service management system
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and defects

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of application development on the Salesforce.com platform including Apex and Visual Force
• JavaScript
• HTML
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Exposure to the Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Application development in a regulated environment
• Adobe Experience Manager

Other Details:

• Location is either open air and quiet with adjustable desks/monitors, or small team rooms with standard desks and monitors
• Bathrooms, printer room and kitchen are all clearly marked
• There is a self-serve kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. There is also an onsite cafeteria
• Wearing head phones or ear buds is acceptable
• Business casual is everyday dress and on Friday's jeans are permitted
• Plenty of parking with a straightforward entrance into the building
