Java Developer in Irving, TX

Looking for someone with a strong Java background and a working knowledge of Play/Akka.

There are 3 main projects the resource will work: 
Activate/Switch 
My Link 
RYL/SSRV 

Efforts: 1 Digital conversion for all three projects; Sales Force implementation; and Productize Minified URLs. 

Duties: Analysis, develop code, test, and implement projects. 

Must have skills: 
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. 
Four or more years of relevant work experience. 
Experience in developing and designing high-performance, scalable, cloud-native, headless, web applications with web frameworks such as Play/w Java & Angular and concurrency frameworks such as Akka, JAVA Concurrency package. 
Experience with source code control systems such as Git and related practices. 
Experience with Java/J2EE, with knowledge of its ecosystems. 
Experience with Front End and web frameworks such as ReactJS, Camunda. 

These skills are a plus: 
Familiarity with Agile methods and Continuous Integration including but not limited to Program and Release Backlog Management (Jira), Defect Tracking (Jira), Collaboration (Confluence, Jive, others) Test Automation (JUnit, NUnit, TestNG), Continuous Integration/Deployment (Jenkins, Hudson), Code Review (Sonar, Findbugs). 
Experience in cloud computing and cloud-hosted applications such as Amazon AWS, EC2 and S3. 
Experience in clustered cache is a plus such as Redis, Memcache, and Coherence. 
Experience in Endeca is a plus or any other search systems. 
Experience in No SQL databases is a plus (e.g. Casandra, Mongo). 
Ability to be self-motivated, innovative, willingness to pursue new technical areas and capability of working independently.
