Business Analyst in Bridgewater, NJ

This role is to support the continued development and maintenance of Regulatory Data Governance Processes and corresponding training slides and Quality documentation.

Basic Regulatory Data Governance processes have been developed and documented but will continue to evolve to support emerging Regulatory Agency processes and requirements such as for EMA’s Organizational Management Service (OMS) and Referential Management Service (RMS) and FDA standards. 

These Data Governance processes will also need to evolve to support new emerging internal Regulatory processes. 

This role will need to monitor external and internal processes and requirements impacting our Data Governance processes, and plan for and develop updates to ensure these Data Governance processes stay current and relevant. 

This includes investigation of touch points of  Data Governance processes with business process related to the data flows.  This role to provide occasional ad hoc QC support for Data Governance Team to ensure Data Governance process is aligned with Data Governance data, metadata and controlled list harmonized specifications.   

This role will work under the oversight of Head, Data Definitions, Standards and Governance (DDSG) in Regulatory Operations, and the Head of Process Definition, Regulatory Operations. 

Required:

Knowledge and experience with Regulatory data and processes. 

Experience with driving process development and updates to process. 

Experience with Data Governance and data standards preferred. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
