Material Logistics Coordinator in Ridgefield, NJ

Maintenance, calibrations, validation, engineering studies to minimize the impact to the production schedule
§  Maintains daily schedule and tracks schedule adherence
§  Create process orders to allow electronic transfer requests to be created for warehouse staging
§  Prepare batch production records and labels required for production activities
§  Maintain the material master for responsible make items
§  Tracks and communicates the status of material availability and materials expiration dates for items associated with make items
§  Perform verification of materials used in manufacturing processes against completed process orders
§  Review and understand yields (variances) from executed process orders
§  Ensure monthly plan meets overall build plan
§  Additional or change in responsibilities may occur based on business needs.
§  Analyze data and make recommendations to assist in making safety stock decisions.
§  Maintain the item master for responsible MPS items
§  Ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies and establish planning parameters
§  Develop and produce monthly metrics for site planning group 

Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Organized, adaptable, communicates effectively and tactfully to all levels of the organization, ability to make decisions and establish relationships
• Experienced facilitating meetings
• Proficient in MS Office and MRP
•  experience with inventory management and forecasting concepts
• Background/basic knowledge of finance principle
