The ASA will be required to perform the following functions:
• Train teams on current and new processes and tools.
• Include Internal and External clients in timely, detailed communications
• Help facilitate and coach during standard team meetings
• Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward
• Ensure integrity of data in various systems and tools
• Extract data from various tools to provide valuable metrics
• Gather ideas from teams to improve processes and tools to be more effective and efficient
• Champion process and tool improvement initiatives
• Update documentation and training material for new employees
• Produce progress and status reports for Management
• 2+ years experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Experience working with diverse, multi-site teams
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
