Exempt/Non Exempt: non exempt Years Experience: 3+ years Skills: excellent problem solving, negotiating, and general “people skills” Excellent written and oral communications skills with particular attention to detail. Works within guidelines and policies. Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Biology, Healthcare or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience Duties: Medical Device or pharma experience. Regulatory or Quality experience. Experience working with project management tools and software. Strong proofreading skills. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
