SAP Planning Specialist

This is a Hybrid Role

*Note there are TWO openings on this role

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Process Stewards in the Business Process design and implementation
• Support the Process Steward identifying technical solutions to enable the business process
• Work with business to troubleshoot any problems with SAP and offer technical solutions
• Work with IT for help desk ticket solutioning
• Support with developing and executing scripts, and providing training as process lead
• Support with the documentation related to the Supply Chain business process activities
• Author and review of Training Materials/Work Instructions/Job Aids
• Provide SAP training

Required Knowledge and skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S4/HANA PP/PPI/MM modules
• Good Knowledge of SAP Ariba
• Good Knowledge of ALM is a plus
• Business expertise in the business area of API/DS manufacturing planning and customer planning is an advantage
• End to End Supply Chain Planning and Execution Process Knowledge (Demand, Supply, Detailed Scheduling, Purchasing, Customer Planning,)
• Deep Understanding of Sales Order, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Planning and Finance business areas impact on process and system
• Knowledgeable of planning and transactional systems
• Successfully led and driven process efficiencies and system changes to include documenting business processes, developing and executing scripts, and providing training as process lead
• Black or Yellow Belt process expert in Supply Chain Area
• Experience in Word, Excel.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (U.S EST – Europe)
