Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX

Provide administrative and operational support to Site Manufacturing HR Team and leadership for the successful high volume hiring season for large Pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

Primary duties include but are not limited to;

• Additional administrative and candidate logistical support as needed
• Responsible for handling all recruiting related administrative tasks (arranging candidate travel and related activities for candidates, creating and communicating interview agendas, etc.)
• Creation and submission of purchase orders
• Escort candidates for interviews for local site as well as headquarters campus if needed.
• Scheduling of candidate interviews (in person, video, and telephone) and related talent acquisition debrief meetings with hiring managers.
• General meeting preparation

 Skills:

Must have Brassring applicant tracking system experience.

Must have experience with high volume hiring and On-boarding activities.

•High level of professionalism in verbal and written communications.

•High level of detail oriention with excellent follow-through on multiple, overlapping tasks

•Intermediate to expert user of MS Office 2010 Suite

•Ability and desire to learn ATS and HR systems

•Confidence and competence in fast paced, high stress situations

•Able to work independently

•High energy, positive attitude

Manufacturing environment experience a plus
