Personal Assistant & Project Co-ordinator to North America Talent Acquisition
In this combined role, you will:

  • Provide a high quality, professional PA service including calendar management, travel, expense administration and arranging complex (international) meetings and events
  • Work independently without day to day direction
  • Co-ordinate the administration of projects in line with agreed timelines ensuring they are on track and have all required documentation as well as ensuring people achieve their milestones.
  • Support projects in the talent acquisition area from sourcing to onboarding to become an expert in the overall Recruitment process

Key Challenges Include:

  • Prioritizing and delivering high quality in a dynamic fast paced environment

Technology/IT skills:

  • Maintain and develops expertise quickly in relevant IT tools, travel booking and communication systems, Recruitment tools
  • Training others to ensure skill levels of others continue to develop in Recruitment processes and systems

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Experience as a PA/Co-ordinator in a complex, international organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively.
  • Experience in co ordinating and driving projects to successful delivery.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Able to challenge the status quo, act proactively, think beyond the role and drive continuous improvement
  • Flexible, adaptable and highly collaborative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of training individuals or small groups on processes or systems
  • Knowledge of MS office, Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint, MS project or similar,
  • Knowledge of Recruitment systems an advantage
