This is an entry-level position that reports to the Systems Lead on the Digital Operations Support Content Team.
The job involves the creation and maintenance of all customer-facing Support content into the AEM content management system.
This position involves doing content entry into AEM, and performing content audits and other maintenance related tasks for Support site.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content entry and application management of AEM 6.2 tool
Perform Support content audits - Schedule and coordinate updates to Support content
- Perform QA on content in the staging environment, post-production validation, and regression testing on mobile, desktop and tablet.
- Review and assess stakeholder update requests to existing content and identify and reroute requests that belong to other teams.
- Update and create new pages on. Pages come in a variety of templates, each constructed differently and requiring individual training.
- Process and track redirects via our AEM redirect tool or via Jira ticket with IT.
- Retire pages as needed after redirects are implemented.
- Fix broken links.
- Upload/update PDFs and images to our AEM DAM.
- Upload/update videos and closed captioning files to Scene 7.
- Updates made to html code per ITs direction.
- Monitor the HQ ISO Support Content Maintenance mailbox. Process tickets assigned to the mailbox from the Jira system. Process requests stakeholders send to mailbox.
- Setting up test pages in testman for new template ideas.
- File defects/enhancement with IT via Jira system.
- Work closely with HQCS, Support Infrastructure, Editorial, Legal, Support IT, Site Search Team, Site Search IT and SEO on various projects.
Position will be moving from Piscataway to Basking Ridge in January. candidates are available for both locations.
