  Job Description

Customer Support Technician with high energy, motivation, and strong technical customer service skills.

  • Provide assistance to our customers (via inbound call queue and customer support ticketing system)
  • Perform add/change/delete requests in state of the art Hosted VoIP PBX platform (Broadworks)
  • Provision new user service on IP phones (Polycom, Yealink, and Panasonic)
  • Troubleshoot IP Phone registration, call quality, and call flow

Qualifications

  • A positive customer service attitude
  • Exposure to telecommunication hardware elements as well as software and platform components
  • Experience in working with fast-paced evolving companies and being able to adapt quickly to new opportunities
  • Working knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies is preferred
  • Exposure to the basics of IP networking
  • Pursuing relevant certifications in networking disciplines, example: Cisco Networking, Net +, A +, SIP
  • Associates or better in Information Technology or related field
