Workday Integration and Reporting Developer

• 3+ years of experience working and building integrations with Workday HCM systems in a professional, fast-paced environment
• Expert in building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations and reports in Workday functional such as WFA, Talent, Benefit, Payroll, Compensation, etc.
• Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area
• Ability to lead as a technical expert; from gather requirements, design, development, testing till deployment.
• Excellent Workday integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, REST APIs.
• Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business, HRIS teams including technical and non-technical at all levels
• Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
• Ability to lead offshore technical team in Integration and Reporting area.
• Act as a gate keeper to ensure the quality of the work from offshore team.
• Prepare technical documentation and ability to support testing from development till post production supports.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through
• Excellent report writing skills in building reports in all types, Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc.
• Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies
• Workday certification is preferred.
