Workday Functional Analyst

• 2 years experience as a Workday Functional Analyst in the following modules: (WFA, Compensation, Benefits).
• Familiar with file transfer processes inbound and outbound would be helpful.
• Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Must have experience developing integrations.
• Experience with Medgate Application would be helpful but not necessary.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Experience with Occupational Health Applications would be helpful but not necessary.
• Basic understanding of Database Structure and Tables would be helpful.
• Knowledgeable in Client Server technology would also be helpful
