Technical Writer in Baltimore, MD

• Successful candidate will work independently for approximately 3 months to create a document similar to a business continuity or emergency preparedness plan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• The primary tool will be MS office Tools (& Microsoft projects if the candidate has project management experience).
• Prefer someone with knowledge of the utility business and understanding of how to run a project.
