Workday Analyst in Abbott Park, IL

• Hiring Manager is looking for a niche candidate that has implemented the recruiting module and can support ongoing operations.
• This requires the candidate to be an analytical thinker where when issues arise the candidate come up with a potential solution, test, and implement in line with compliance and guidance from management.
• Really looking for someone with experience in the recruiting module as it is pretty complicated and requires vast knowledge simply to understand configurations.
• Not looking for applicants that throw out the term recruiting but more in a reporting capacity.
• Need Someone who has knowledge of business process configurations and calculated fields to align with recruiting needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage incoming case queue and maintain focus on resolving customer cases quickly and effectively in line with service level agreements.
• Clearly and succinctly document communications to customers using our issue management system.
• Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot and resolve HCM process (e.g. Create Position, Hire, Change Job) and configuration issues in a timely manner.
• Test customer problems and resolve issues, often times functioning as the analyst/configurator to determine a solution.
• Liaison with HRIS functional, technical, and security team members to highlight customer issues and identify solutions.
• Effectively manage, prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
• Author and update applicable SDLC documents (e.g. requirements, testing)
• Provide status reports to client' Leadership

Skills Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Prior Workday HCM work experience is a must
• Workday HCM certification is preferred
• Workday report and integration development/troubleshooting is preferred " "2 years minimum 3 - 5 years preferred"
